The Innovation Tower in Süßen completes a newly created city district with shopping markets,
cultural facilities, sport clubs and sports centers lying nearby a local recreation area.
The building is a composition of the three structures WOOD TOWER, GRAND PIANO and ROUND
BOX and offers areas for a wide variety of uses within a commercial area.
Sustainable building is the top priority. The idea is to build the building entirely out of
wood. Electricity is generated by photovoltaics, heat by geothermal energy. An intensive green
roof and an ecologically designed outdoor area with a lake serve to support biodiversity.
